This pan has seen a lifetime and more of work. It has a spectacular patina and has a brand new tin lining.

It was made from one piece of 1mm copper, back in the midish 20th century, This pan has been refurbished to retain its history but enough to ensure its future. Stamped Made in France.

This will need a very special owner, one who understands the limitations and delights of vintage copper pans and who appreciates the heritage of copper as much as the manufacture.

This pan has seen some life. It has minor dents, it is slightly out of shape, it has a hand made item, the edge has seen quite a few utensils hitting it over many years. There is a leading edge dent.

This is just 'one of those pans' - a real old gem, this is where the modern fish pans started from.
