This pan could be used as a super sized mixing bowl or a jam pan - it has a flat base.

It is made by Mauviel from Villedieu the home of copper making in Normandy, it is stamped on the side This is a signature piece in any kitchen but more so - it it gorgeous.

The cast bronze handles are hand finished fabulous design and form. With three massive rivets, this is true artisan, professional pan.

It is beautifully hand made and it shimmers in the sunlight. Imagine this amazing pan sitting on a shelf or hanging from a pan hanger in your kitchen the hammered surface shining in the sunshine. There are surface scratches, and minor signs of wear and use all expected from a used artisan vintage pan.
