FABULOUS STAMPED GAILLARD OF PARIS AND PARIS SAUTE PAN

THIS PAN HAS HAD A HARD LIFE WITH SCARRING AND NOT IN THE ROUND

This is a 1950s fully stamped Gaillard with a bronze handle secured by copper rivets, it is ideal for sauteing and placing under a grill or oven, or using on a table burner it has a short stubby handle, fabulous design.

This pan has had a hard life in a busy kitchen - being used by the Chef, there are signs of use and wear, scarring, surface scratches and minor dents. The new tin is hand wiped and shows flow marks and some swirls from the artisans wiping cloth. There are some dents and scrapes in the base that show through the thickly applied tin.
