This is a collected set, the thickest is marked Tournus - the cuckoo, the others are unmarked, they sit well together.

These pans are robust durable copper pans. Fabulous manufacture - Nickel lined.

The interiors are nickel lined, hard wearing but reactive to heat. These interiors are suited to high pressure environments that need durable and reliable cooking pans.

These types of pans are very popular as a more resilient and economical alternative to tin and are more reactive to heat than stainless steel.

Nickel lined pans have a long a productive life, they are robust, dependable and reliable.

They have proud steel rivets that are big and robust and the handles are finished to a pewter like finish and have no play at all. The exteriors have been professionally polished.

These are beautiful and totally fit for purpose. They have been well looked after and polished to a beautiful patina. They were used for many years in an Boulangerie in Alencon. There are surface scratches due to daily cleaning and signs of wear, the interiors have some signs of wear over time and are totally fit for purpose.
