The spout has the traditional pout shape for easy pouring.

The handle is hollow and very well fixed.

This is an exceptional 2mm copper sugar pan, beautifully over engineered.

You can use this pan for making candy, jams, sweets or cakes, this will take enough heat to make caramel or melt sugar to make nougat. A true artisan pan.

There are some signs of wear and use, there are two base edge dents, it sits flat. The interior is in good condition, other than wear you would expect from a vintage pan. The patina is exceptional.
